Jeremy Beaver | Managing Partner

Jeremy graduated from East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma with a degree in marketing. He then graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law in the top fifteen percent of his class as a member of Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity. After internships with the Oklahoma Attorney General’s office and the Oklahoma County District Attorney’s office Jeremy returned to McAlester, his hometown, and began his career with the Pittsburg County District Attorney’s office. Jeremy has been in private practice with his partner, Warren Gotcher since 2002. Jeremy’s focus is on personal injury litigation of all types. Jeremy and Warren recently obtained the largest verdict in Pittsburg County history with a $3,144,000 judgment against Public Service Company of Oklahoma.

Warren Gotcher | Partner

In 1971, Oklahoma attorney Warren Gotcher was admitted to the practice of law the Northern, Eastern and Western Federal District Courts in Oklahoma, Northern and Western Districts of Texas, Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, the Central District of Illinois, the 10th Circuit and 5th Circuit Courts of Appeal, and the United States Supreme Court. He earned his BA and JD degrees at the University Of Oklahoma, and is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Pittsburg County Bar Association and American Bar Association, as well as AAJ, OAJ, OCDLA and NACDL. Attorney Gotcher has been listed in “Best Lawyers in America” since 1987.

He is well-known for successfully defending clients in a wide range of state and federal cases involving white collar crimes, drug cases and violent crimes. Attorney Gotcher has been counsel of record for plaintiff in numerous million dollar personal injury verdicts and settlements in state and federal courts in Oklahoma. Ellen Quinton has been in practice for twenty-six years in McAlester. A graduate of East Central University in 1990 and the University of Tulsa school of Law in 1993. Ellen’s focus has been in the area of family law for the last twenty years.
